Board of Directors Elections
The Nominating Committee announces that five (5) Board of Director positions are up for election this year. Each position is for a three (3)-year term. If you’re interested in making a difference and volunteering with Kaiperm, we’d love to hear from you! Learn more about the roles and responsibilities of a Board of Director.
How to Get Involved
Nominations can be made in two ways:
1. Nominating Committee: Email the Nominating Committee at nominations@kaipermcu.org with a brief biography, resume, and a statement explaining why you want to serve.
2. Petition: Submit a petition signed by no fewer than 1% of the membership (72 members).
Deadline: All nomination materials must be submitted by noon, January 15, 2025, to nominations@kaipermcu.org. Copies of the petition form and nomination policies are available upon request via email.
Supervisory Committee Opportunity
We’re also accepting nominations for one (1) Supervisory Committee position for a three (3)-year term. The same nomination process above applies. Learn more about the roles and responsibilities of the Supervisory Committee.
Election Details
- If there are more nominees than open positions, ballots will be mailed to members by February 15, 2025.
- If there’s only one nominee for each position, no election will be held, and nominees will be confirmed during the Annual Meeting.

Will There Be a Physical Meeting Location?
Yes, our 68th Annual Meeting will be held in person at the Kaiperm 325 N. Wiget, Suite 130 location.
Will there be a Zoom simultaneous webcast?
No, we will not be doing a simultaneous Zoom webcast along with our physical meeting.
Do I Need To Register or Sign Up To Attend The Annual Meeting?
Yes; however, registration can be done in advance up until 4pm, April 23th, the day of the Annual Meeting. Preregistration in NOT a commitment to attend. If you have any issues registering for the Annual Meeting, please contact the Credit Union.
Do I need to be present to win one of the prizes?
In order to win one of the prizes, you must be an attendee in person. We will draw from the names that are present in the meeting.
