Due to the increase in Covid 19 cases in Contra Costa we have decided to change access to our two branch offices for at least the next two weeks. Lobby access is closed at both offices. If you need to conduct your transactions in person, you can come to either branch and use the mail slot for your transaction. You can also call (925) 939-5626 or email us at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org to request what services you need and what time you need to have it done by.
For loan closing we will make appointments or we can send you the documents electronically. We also have our online banking for transfers and paying bills and mobile app for depositing checks. At our Shadelands office we have an ATM and a night drop.

– Masks REQUIRED for In-Branch Transactions at Shadelands
For the safety of our employees and our members, we are now requiring all visitors to wear a face mask when entering and conducting business in the office. – Financial Relief To Those Affected
We can help bring immediate financial relief to those affected by COVID-19. For our members who have lost their job temporarily or had reduced hours causing a loss of income, we may be able to offer a 60 or 90 day loan forbearance on Kaiperm loans as well as no adverse credit reporting during the forbearance. Additionally, we may be able to reverse fees, such as Non-Sufficient Funds, ATM, and late charges.
